Start here Gallery password: ThankYou How to download your images Click the button above and enter the password. Select “All Photos”, or choose just the photos you want to download, then enter your email address. A ZIP file containing your high-resolution images will be sent to your email. The bigger your gallery, the longer this can take. Open the email and download the ZIP file. Right-click it, choose “Extract All”, then pick where to save your images. Your gallery has a number of high-resolution files, so please download to a device with plenty of storage space. Important: use the ZIP file, not the thumbnails If you save images straight from the online gallery, they will be low-resolution thumbnails and not suitable for printing. Only the downloaded ZIP file contains your original high-resolution images. Please don't take screenshots either, as this also results in poor print quality. I can't take responsibility for poor print quality if images are printed from thumbnails. Gallery expiry Your gallery will remain available until 31 January 2027, so please make sure all your images are downloaded before then. Ordering prints You can buy prints online directly from your gallery and have them delivered to your chosen address — perfect for sending gifts to loved ones. Please tag me so I can follow along and share your beautiful images too, and if the platform allows it, add me as a collaborator on your post. Tag my Business Page or my Personal Page. Keeping your images safe Once downloaded, store your images safely and keep at least two backups on separate devices or storage locations. Carien Lee Photography does not guarantee long-term storage of client galleries. If your images are lost or damaged, contact me and I'll check whether a backup is still available.
